What is your occupation? Happily Retired RN
What is your favorite way to workout? Flex class and walking especially outdoors.
What is your favorite quote? As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another (Proverbs 27:17)
What have you learned through nutrition coaching? Eat more protein!!!! Keep it simple. Fit 3D scans help you see progress.
What is the biggest thing you’ve changed that has led most to your success? Writing down (old school paper) and bringing it for my meeting with Bree. I choose to highlight goals met each day (positive focused). This was part of keeping it simple for me. Being more consistent.
What advice do you have for someone considering nutrition coaching? Working with a nutrition coach helps you establish an individual plan based on goals for yourself and hold you accountable. Bree recommended the Flex class to build muscle. 3D scans let me see my progress in fat loss and muscle gain. The nutrition coaches are also like counselors because it’s not just about food – life and emotions can affect our decisions.
