Laura is the owner of Cornerstone Nutrition and Cornerstone Fitness, and she's also one of our nutrition coaches. Her career began in nursing. She is certified as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and has experience in women's health, OB and nursing education.

Fitness has always been a big part of her life, but nutrition is her real passion.  Learning about and putting good nutrition principles into action every day has made a big, positive difference for her family and in her life. She can't think of anything that excites her more than getting to help educate and empower others to see the impact good nutrition can have on their life!

Krista has been one of our fitness coaches for several years. After utilizing Cornerstone Nutrition Coaching as a client, she decided to also get nutrition certified and dive into nutrition coaching as well! She loves helping people to learn how to fuel their workouts and their lives through great nutrition.

Melissa Giambrone, WAG Certified Nutrition Coach

Melissa believes strongly in the power of nutrition and how important it is to helping our physical goals whether at home or on a gym floor. After personally experiencing several different challenges and quick fix approaches, Melissa decided to dive more into macros years ago and learn about sustainable life long habit changes. She believes in eating real food, balance, and overall health when it comes to making changes to our eating habits. Many people can track food on their own, but very few people can do it successfully without the accountability and knowldege of a nutrition coach...so let her help you make sustainable life changes!

Bree Booz, WAG and ACE Certified Nutrition Coach

Because of her personal journey, Bree takes a whole body approach to her nutrition coaching by supporting clients in harnessing the power of themselves. Bree is passionate about nutrition education, mentoring, and creating a safe space for clients to challenge themselves. She understands that nutrition isn't a one size fits all template, and will help guide you to success in all aspects of your life starting with nutrition!

Beths approach to nutrition coaching is to work with her clients to create a customized plan that empowers them to meet their nutrition and fitness goals through education, developing habits, improving relationship with food, stress management and mindset strategies in order to allow their progress to transfer to a long term, sustainable lifestyle.
