CHILI
Recipe:
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 lb. grass fed ground beef
1 onion diced
2 15oz cans petite diced tomatoes
2 15oz cans of tomato sauce
1 15oz can kidney beans
32oz chicken or beef broth
1 tsp minced garlic
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. coconut sugar
2 tsp basil
1 tbsp. tabasco sauce (more if desired)
8oz brown rice pasta
Brown meat and drain excess grease/liquid. Add onion and garlic and steam until soft. Add canned ingredients and spices. Add broth and bring to boil. Add pasta and simmer until noodles soft.
