Banana Oatmeal Pancakes
Recipe:
1 ripe banana
1/3 cup oats
2 eggs
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Mash bananas with a fork. Grind oats in blender. Mix together all ingredients. Heat coconut oil in skillet and cook as pancakes until both sides golden brown!
*you can also add a scoop of protein powder for some extra protein!
