What is your occupation? I’m a dog/house sitter

What is your favorite way to workout? Any workout surrounded by good, fun people is my kind of workout

What is your favorite quote? We cannot become what we want by remaining what we are

What have you learned through nutrition coaching? It’s so much more than just food intake. Setting up routines, building habits, getting proper sleep & managing your stress all play a huge role in your day to day success. 

What is the biggest thing you’ve changed that has led most to your success?  I’ve stopped putting so much emphasis on what the scale says and instead focused more on my overall wellbeing. I’m eating more to fuel my body, I’m sleeping better than I have in years, my mental health & self confidence has improved, I have so much more energy & I’m stronger than I’ve ever been in my whole life. This mindset shift and how I track my progress has been a game changer! 

What advice do you have for someone considering nutrition coaching? Small steps lead to big changes. Trust the process, trust your coach and remember that nutrition looks different for all of us.
