SHREDDED BUFFALO CHICKEN
Recipe:
Whole Rotisserie Chicken ( I use the large Simple Truth ones at Kroger) (about 25 ounces of chicken)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Greek yogurt/cream cheese blend
1/2 cup Franks red hot sauce (or to your desired level of kick 🙂
Optional: 2 ounces shredded cheese
Mix all ingredients in mixer or mash together with a fork. Put in a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese if desired. Bake at 350 degree until warm through.
