Thai Turkey Meat

THAI TURKEY MEAT

Recipe:

2 lbs ground turkey

3 medium sized carrots shredded

1 medium onion chopped

1 pack of green onion chopped

1/3 cup tamari (can also use soy sauce or coconut aminos)

1 tsp ground ginger

Salt to taste

Brown ground turkey and drain excess water. Add chopped veggies and steam. Add remaining ingredients and stir. We eat in lettuce wraps, on a salad or just plain!
